학교소개
본머스 예술대학은 1883년에 창립된 학교로서 본머스 지역의 대표적인 예술대학이다.
위치는 본머스 대학 옆에 위치하고 있으며 본머스 시내까지 10분 정도 걸린다.
학생은 3000명이며, 약 60여개가 넘는 국가에서 온 국제학생 340명 가량이 공부하고 있다. 다양한 Higher education 과정과 학부, 석사과정을 가지고 있다.
학교 특징으로는 Costume학과, Modelmaking 학과, 애니메이션, 그래픽디자인 등등의 학과가 유명하다.
특히 모델메이킹은, 장난감, 애니메이션 세트, 뮤지엄 세트, 영화, 건축 등등의 모델을 만들 수 있는 과정이다.
또한 석사과정이 학과가 구분지어 있지만 석사 MA 과정이 통합이기 때문에 전공을 바꾸기에 적합한 과정을 가지고 있다.
